Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Certain products such as electrical parts, lubricants, or custom orders may be non-returnable unless defective.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
• Items without original packaging, invoice, or tags.
• Clearance sale or discounted items (unless defective).
• Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• For COD orders, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation of return.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at support@fortunewheel.in or call +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Provide your order number, photos, and reason for return.
3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide pickup/return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same product (different size/model) if available. The request must meet return conditions and shipping charges may apply.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process after delivery.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

1. Check your bank account or UPI app.
2. Contact your payment provider.
3. If still unresolved, contact us at support@fortunewheel.in.
