1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on:
- Product weight & size
- Delivery location (pincode)
- Shipping method selected
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available on select items)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, regional delays, or unforeseen logistics issues.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment via email/SMS.
5. Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, and others based on your delivery location.
6. Packaging
All vehicle products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage immediately.
7. Shipping Delays
Fortune Wheel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Transport strikes or courier disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email/contact form link]
- Include order number and photos (if applicable)
- We will assist with filing a claim or reship the product, depending on the situation
9. Change of Shipping Address
You may request a change in shipping address before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select products. A COD service charge may apply, which will be mentioned at checkout.
